Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments
Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM with lunch daily from 12-1PM. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Financial
We offer a wide variety of financial options to provide our patients with comfortable arrangements. We will help guide you in choosing the best payment option for your individual needs. For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also work in partnership with CitiBank (a dental financing program) for any monthly payment arrangements you may require. A written estimate will be provided for all comprehensive dental treatment. If you have insurance coverage, a predetermination can be sent upon request. Balances not covered by insurance are due at the time services are provided.
Insurance Information
Our practice will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. As a courtesy, we will prepare and submit insurance claims to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Your insurance is a contract between your employer or yourself and an insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract chosen. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred. We urge you to read your policy so that you are fully aware of coverage and any limitations of the benefits provided. We would be very happy to answer any questions you may have.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
